Health & Safety Come First For Our Clients

In an effort to phase back into the workplace, Peter Di Natale & Associates would like to let our Clients, Associates, Sub-Contractors, Vendors, and Employees know that we will be taking every measure to ensure a smooth and safe transition into this new work environment.
 
Peter Di Natale & Associates will be implementing new Safety Measures and Guidelines as outlined by the CDC and NYS Health Department and the NYSDOB. We will work closely with Management in all of our Residential and Commercial building projects to ensure all protocols are followed to ensure the safety of their residents and employees.
 
The following measures, along with the above stated procedures, will now be the standard for our workplace environments:
● Temperature Monitoring: We will take temperatures of workers coming on site.
● Disinfectants: We will disinfect and wipe down tools, surfaces, and materials daily as well as any materials delivered on site.
● Facemasks: Employees as well as anyone who enters the job space will be required to wear a face mask.
● Rubber Gloves: Whenever possible employees or anyone on site.
● Hand Sanitizer: Hand washing and sanitizer stations will be installed at the entrance to a jobsite.
● Social Distancing: We will stagger scheduling for sub-contractors to reduce job site traffic, encourage six foot distancing and generally only allow essential labor as needed per site.
● Video Conferencing: Whenever possible, use some form of video conferencing to meet and discuss on site matters.
● Negative Pressure: Whenever possible, create negative pressure areas allowing circulation on site.
 
We understand that different job sites require different approaches to maintain a safe working environment. We will work hard to adopt and maintain the same standards of safety that we have always maintained in our quality of service in the past.
